I just go by if it flakes apart easily, but not so easily that it’s dry. I think for a 1" thick piece of white fish, it’s like 10 minutes at 400? I think that’s what I did. Plus herbs and lemon fix anything! 

I always had very thin, long hair. In my mid 40s it started to bulk up a little though because of the proliferation of grays, but also it’s just a little drier than it used to be. I guess that sounds weird but it looks good! 

Unemployment headaches are terrible. My partner’s was completely fucked up for the first few months of lockdown, and I’m sure he still missed out on some money. I hope they get their shit together so you can get paid!
