Ok there’s a lot of details missing here.

These rooms are about about the size of a single in the dorm I occupied 25 years ago. Granted those had one window but these don’t appear to be the prison cells they are made out to be. I would have practically killed to have my own space in the dorm.

It doesn’t take a crystal ball to see where things go from here — just a passing look at what happened a decade ago.
