I bet if you slap on the HD badge on a rebel 500, it will sell! But that’s reliability and sportiness that HD rarely does right.

Honda rebels are nice but they are still pedestrian Japanese style. HD should take a clue and get on that and make it their segment again with a nice big thick burly small displacement bike that can chew with the japanese.

Electric is the future for some. Most just want a bike that doesn’t break down or break the bank. HD has got to sell the Camry and corrolas of the bike world to stay afloat. Unless they go super premium exotic which it can’t with it’s style.

Good job Harley. Make an even more of a nich’e motorcycle for an even smaller crowd. Maybe you should have smaller displacement bikes that don't ride like a boat and something like a supersport even when supersport are on the decline(people still buy them anyways).

I own a 14' subrau Forester and it actually fares well with the na flat four and cvt. People say it’s horrible when driving eunthiastic, but I say around town and on long road trips the power needed is good enough.
