I would have to go with the driver. All of us have had a moment where we have gotten too comfortable with driving and had a close call or worse. Otherwise keeping up with changing rules of the road can affect you safety on the raod. Keeping yourself in decent driving shape ensures you can stay a good driver.

Like an Ariel Atom, if it was louder less maneuverable and less comfortable.
