You need to talk about Volkswagen, specifically the 2019 Golf Alltrack. They offer $6,000+ off sticker WITH 0% financing AND deferred payments for 120 days.

Off topic, but because of stereotypes associated with this post, I figured I’d go ahead and ask now: have you ever suggested a Dodge Journey to someone? They’re still kind of popular yet car culture mocks them.

It’s called the Jeep Patriot in America.

Completely right about the Odysseys. I still see a bunch of 2002-2007 Honda Odysseys every day. I don’t know what the fascination was with the 2005-2007 Odyssey in EX-L trim, as I saw four at the same time earlier today. They always have the gray Georgia plates (issued at that time), so probably purchased new, too.

I keep a Sears X-Cargo box on my roof all the time. Easiest car to find.

Hey Tom, I just wanted to let you know that I enjoy these columns! These are the only Jalopnik posts I look at regularly. I love serious vehicle searches for other people and the results that y’all come up with. However, I wanted to give you some advice on something I’ve noticed in a couple columns: the locations.

My dad and I went to the auto show on March 28, and he sat in a Scion xB. He really liked it. April 11, exactly two weeks later, we drove home in a brand new one from the Toyota dealership. So yeah, I’d say that the auto show influenced our purchase.

That one white car “charged” away from all the others, it looks like.

2004 Toyota Tundra Limited 4WD. 101K miles, $14K, one-owner and clean CarFax, and Georgia owned.

Where I am, they don’t use vehicles like Chevy Expresses as short buses. The short buses are literally shorter versions of the Thomas, International, etc. buses that are already used. In fact, the newer short buses I’ve seen around are even bigger than they were around 10, 15 years ago.

HTC isn’t going to die. If anything, they’re growing. My phone, the One (now One M7) was one of the first products in HTC’s growth. In fact, Google even teamed up with them for the Nexus 9 tablet. Definitely getting an M9 when my contract is up.

Those cars are great, not to mention this one actually has good looking wheels. You get a star!

My mom's MPV had power rear windows. They only went down halfway for safety reasons.

+1 on the 4Runner. One of my favorite vehicles in general. However, 22 records is almost nothing for a 1999, especially one that's been between multiple owners.

I personally like the look of wagons, and the rarity associated with them. In fact, I had a CLA45 AMG Shooting Brake as my wallpaper for some time. However, there's a reason my family has two small crossovers, not wagons and hatchbacks: access.

Eh, Justin Bieber was a few years ago.

One notorious lemon I've found: the Nissan Pathfinder. There's a dealer in the area with over 50 buybacks, all for transmission issues.
