Sure. They don’t do testing for free here. You can pay for a test at the pharmacies. Walgreens only has free testing at “select locations,” none of which are in my county. The county health department is useless. And seems to be run by COVID deniers. A while back they announced they would no longer be doing contact…
What about exporting your messages for archiving?
So what does that mean to all the covid tests being delivered by USPS to cold mailboxes around the country from the government...
No Flame Thrower option?
...do they have special models that are cheaper and only at walmart?
I think this was the part that stood out to me:
The number of people I’ve seen on the subway with an N95 worn under their nose (or on their chin entirely) makes me want to scream.
A decently worn N95 is still going to offer more protection that a perfectly worn cloth mask. Yeah, if you’re going into a COVID ward you’ll want to do a fit test and all that but if you’re going to the grocery store you’ll still get lots of extra protection even if it isn’t fit properly.
Three masks per adult, but no communication between pharmacies to see if you’ve already had your three, I’d be willing to bet.
having worked ENG and currently work in production...no. These lights are extremely noticeable and if nothing else the actual bloom from the light would have been very visible. The driver wasn’t paying attention, plain and simple.
It’s contrary to human perceptual neuroanatomy. Either a task is ‘on’ or it is ‘off’. It requires a much higher stimulus threshhold, to switch from a non-driving ‘on’ task, back to the driving ‘on’ task, when we recognize a threat, than it does to monitor the progress of that driving ‘on’ task in consciousness.
It seems like it would be more exhausting to have to “remain engaged and ready to drive!” versus just... driving.
“She also appeared to be reporting from the side of the road without any reflective clothing.”
While most partial automation systems have some safeguards in place to help ensure drivers are focused and ready, none of them meets all the pending IIHS criteria.
Plant-based fats are generally healthier, and plant-based foods tend to contain more fiber.
What kind of jerk puts a jammed piece of bread, un-jammed side DOWN, onto the peanut buttered bread? And then photographs it? Like, that is definitely wrong unless they were documenting the wrong way to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
I wouldn’t smear the surface of my pan with egg yolk either, but frying an egg yolk (which sits on top of a white) or a scramble (where it is whisked together and emulsified with the protein) is different than coating the surface of the pan with with aerosolized lecithin, but you are welcome to treat your pans however…
