According to all the bloggers upset over the tool in the thread you referenced, it seems to have very little to do with historical information and context and entirely to do with ads & clicks. The history/context shtick seems to be a façade for ‘we have to add filler for the money’ which is fine. People should make

If the pages of boilerplate preceding recipes is actually important, then you are reading better cooking blogs than I am (not unlikely). In my experience, it’s usually anecdotes and cheerleading about the recipe they already sold you on with a photo. The worst offense, though, is that the main website I use for

I believe that is related to Jones Act laws.  For domestic ship transit, the crew needs to be American, or at least paid per American terms.  For international transit, US employment regulations don’t necessarily apply.  I worked for a company that had facilities along the west coast, up to Canada and they would

With Apple, it definitely seems like the next thing you’ll have to worry about is your phone not having a port of any type. They’re prepping you for a portless phone w/ Magsafe.

Since getting a tesla, I’ve noticed some better behaviors during road trips. For example, stopping to eat decent food instead of loading up on fast food or snacks just to get on the road quicker. Or watching a quick 20 minute comedy show on Netflix to lighten the mood while charging.

Have you met the average American?

I disagree with the road trip comments. We have a Chevy Bolt. In our case charging seems to pretty much line up with lunch and dinner stops for us. Admittedly, we’re slower drivers. I was taught in grammar school in the 70's that “they” was used in cases where you wanted/need to be gender-neutral. I’m really surprised at how many people skipped this lesson.

Technically correct. If you look at the plane, there was a giant bag containing the engine parts when the engine went bang. Parts flew out of the back of the engine and hit parts of under the wing, but they didn’t fly out of the sides of the engine and go into the passenger compartment.

Just on exterior looks alone I really, really like this. Such a clean design that looks cohesive and overall incredibly well balanced. Very modern and somewhat simple and classic. No annoying fake vents or weird bumper creases like to many current vehicles have. Just enough creases/pieces to break up the design.

Heh. I just read that Drive article you linked this morning. I didn’t even know there was a debate on this subject. I mean, what kind of winds are we talking about, if it’s strong enough to take the narrow wiper arm and slam it on the windshield with enough force to crack it (as was mentioned in the Drive article)? I

As a 16-17 year-old I woulda loved this. but I’m 52..
