Honestly I felt very positive about BofA prior to the incident I had last year. I had checking, savings, and credit accounts with them. They proactively sent me new debit or credit cards multiple times when they suspected fraudulent activity, and a couple of smaller fraud charges (<$50) that came up over the years…
Same. My credit union’s iOS app didn’t scale properly on the iPhone 6 Plus for the longest time, and its UI leaves plenty to be desired, but the fact that if I have any banking issues I can sit down and discuss those issues face-to-face with someone who actually has the power to do something — that’s damn valuable.
