WRC - Something off-road for sure. Baja or Dakar would be a dream come true too. The WRC guys are nuts. Watching some of the on board video from those guys is mind-blowing. Like this one from Mads Ostberg

Thanks Le Monstre! The Europeans seem to love the American Thunder. The fans over there are great.
Any of the Group C cars of the early '90s - Nissan, Toyota, Peugeot, Mercedes. All of those cars were beasts at a time when there was huge horsepower and big downforce.
They've said they will probably make one more change. At this point, we'll just wait and see what it is/if it happens. The championship is incredibly close now on all fronts.
I feel like they're everywhere. As if we are Corvette super heroes trying to bring pride to America and we have to fight off multiple little Ferrari minions to achieve our goal. So, they probably add to the storyline in that case...
The first time you approach them in real life, absolutely. You feel like you're going way faster there than anywhere else. After that, they're easy flat. The pucker factor though on slicks when the track is wet is about as high as it gets.
Also, C-A-P-S CAPS CAPS CAPS. I like the changes. They should be better than last year. I can see them making the playoffs but I have doubts a Cup is realistic this year.
Yeah buddy! Favorite track over here is Mosport or Road Atlanta. I actually really enjoyed Baltimore. Awesome location and the track, even though it was bumpy in places, raced really well. We don't go to any tracks anymore that I don't enjoy. We're lucky to have some awesome tracks to race here in the US.
Since we can't really control the BOP, we just put our heads down and race hard. The series has data in pertinent areas so it's not easy to hide your performance. They are supposed to make changes when certain cars are too far out of the window either way. The data is there for everyone to look at an analyze if they…
Good question - Maximizing an unfamiliar car on a track you know. Learning the nuances of a car to extract the last few tenths is harder than maximizing tenths on a new track.
I know the feeling - When your brain almost turns off and you drive simply from the inputs you feel in your hands, feet, and butt. Senna talked about that feeling. I don't think it's limited to racing but anyone who competes in sports or otherwise.
I just reread your question again and I've never had to reorient to…
I'll let you Jalop's pick for me.
Le Mans is the greatest race in the world. No doubt in my mind. It's an amazing experience. The drivers parade was the moment where I felt for a moment like I wasn't some kid lucky enough to drive race cars. Still feels that way every year I go back. The worst part has been the changing conditions and recently seeing…
Jordan was born to wear the mullet. I'll leave that honor for him.
Better car overall. Nicer to drive at the limit. Big difference for the driver has been the ergonomics in the cockpit. The wheel is placed in a better spot.
I'd be happy to see one in a Tesla. That or some of the LS's I've seen in 911's. Just to see their reactions.
Pretty sure Firebird holds the rights to paint a huge bird on the hood.
Love it. I've started racing more and more lately but I'm stuck with a low license and getting my butt kicked. I've been thinking about hosting some races before our real races. Good idea?
More than $500k and less than a billion. I really don't know. Ballpark $750k and that's pretty much guessing. When you win that lottery, call up Pratt & Miller. They'll be happy to sell you that car in the picture.
I don't agree they shouldn't be allowed, period, but there is some validity to limiting them in a professional series. I like what we have right now in GTLM - Traction control. That's it. We run such little TC that we hardly rely on it through a lap and will usually turn it way down or off for a qualifying lap.
