I remember the days when pigs were happy to stand by their frogs, murder porn was respectful, and no one questioned Inhumans with unruly hair or loud voices. Now it's just unruly kids tramping on my yard and dogs eating up my marigolds. Damn you, ABC. Damn you forever!!!

I remember seeing the first Harry Potter movie for free - my roommate had gotten tickets from a promotion or something - and while I didn't care much for the movie (Columbus has a good eye for stories but an adequate talent at most for filming them), I actually started crying when I saw the "Lord of the Rings"

Or dance about architecture?

My biggest complaint about the Wolfman/Perez run is that DC stopped after four archives.

Phew! So you didn't see me both of those times you opened the shower curtain faster than expected.

Never understood the point of his character. If you're gonna have Mos Def in your series, why would you relegate him to a minor character that gets killed off for no reason? Mos Def is a great and charistmatic actor. I feel like he was so wasted on Dexter.

John, that was pretty much exactly what I needed to hear even though I didn't know I needed to hear it. Shitty day, misread the intent of the article, and while I am going to resist the urge to listen to Mr. Roboto, I want to thank you. That actually made me feel better. :-)

Everytime I read about Emmett Till, I cry. It seems a little ridiculous to focus on him specifically when so many other people suffered too, but for some reason I identify with him very strongly. I'm white, so I know nothing about anything he went through. But I see myself in him, because I do things out of joy or

My favorite trailer is for Dexter. I love that Showtime included the final scene of the season as an unskippable opening teaser on the DVD for the season just to give one more "fuck you" to those of us who still watched Dexter years after there was any reason to watch Dexter. I believe it was the season with Tom

William makes me feel tingly around my netherparts.

I'm just glad he found work after Parks and Recreation was cancelled.

When is the Firefly revival?

Am I the only that gets the warm fuzzies knowing Sam misspelled Mark's name? There is, in fact, hope for us as a nation and as a species.

I'm not a big fan of Superman as a character, but I do agree that Grant Morrison made All-Star Superman a fantastic series that I loved. In twelve issues, he finally made me understand why Superman is such an icon for so many.

I'm not talking about the Magneto storyline, I'm talking about the last volume, "Here Comes Tomorrow". I could be wrong, I haven't reread it since it first came out, but I remember being very disappointed in it.

Oh man, The Filth was so WTF and not in a good way. And when I read Arkham Asylum, I was like, are you kidding me? Grant Morrison's All-Star Superman was perfection and We3, Vimanarama, and Sea Guy were great, but I think New X-Men was the best representation of his writing - some of the stories were great, but the

That was hilarious!

Just finished watching Fargo. I have to agree with you. I think both Fargo and The Americans are excellent, but The Americans just seems to be consistently perfect in a way that Fargo just misses.

I was going to leave a comment about how much I loved this episode, but you said everything perfectly.

OK, since no one else said it, I will. Perfect band name!!! Three years from now: AV Club features a video of Jennifer Aniston's Stock Nose doing a cover of the Partridge Family theme song.
