I personally think the opening 5 minutes or so are literally breathtaking; I found myself holding my breath and then gasping when Sarah falls into the bathtub trying to save herself. The only problem I had was the zombie baby - that just felt like major overkill to me. But even with that, I loved that movie and still

I like Amy Schumer generally, and some of her stuff is hilarious (my favorite will always be the Herpes scare conversation with God). But her Netflix special was unwatchable. It wasn't just unfunny, it was painfully unfunny, to the point where I felt uncomfortable watching her suffer.

Wow. Joss Whedon had sex with women other than his wife. That means he's not a feminist.

"Next week, we’ll look at the iconic children’s show that blew the minds of toddlers and LSD users alike, next week."

I watched both "Olympus Has Fallen" and "London Has Fallen" on Netflix. The full movies. All 23 interminable hours of each.

Oh, I do not wish any part of his fucking to be gentle, thank you.

I'm not sure, but everything I needed to learn about posting angry comments I learned from "Heathers".

The true tragedy of Sandy Hook is that the asshole shot and killed little children instead of shock jocks like Alex Jones who make money by feeding off of the very worst of people. I will gladly treat Alexis with the respect he deserves; I'm thinking getting fucked by a chainsaw should be about what he deserves.

I found a half-empty bottle of Elmer's yesterday that had completely dried up, so I threw it away. But I haven't taken out the trash yet, so if you're still looking for something you'll enjoy more than Iron Fist, I can fish it out for you.

Does he only own one shirt?

As someone who has complained time and time again that Hunnam is incredibly magnetic on TV but disappears completely in the movies he's done, I was extremely happy to read: "The cast is terrific, with a revelatory turn from Charlie Hunnam as Fawcett; the handsome English actor brings so much poise to the role that one

I worked for Pizza Hut in the '80s, and I can promise you the dough was never frozen. Me and a co-worker (usually Odell) would come in at 8:00 and start making the dough. The flour mixture came in a huge bag that we measured and put into a giant mixer, then added water. I can't remember if we added anything else.

I actually liked Peter Benchley's Jaws. If the book is less than the movie, I'd suggest that 1) Spielberg was one of the best directors that's ever lived and Jaws was one of his masterpieces and 2) Benchley couldn't leave Jaws alone and instead rewrote it over and over and over again, so time and circumstances have

I think 8 reasons would have worked much better. Or maybe making it a half-hour show instead of a full hour? Still, the show is better than the book. The book wasn't bad, it just read more like an outline by a generic writer than something great.

Wow, thanks for that. I just finished reading the article, and it was very good. It explained a lot. I don't mind that he made writing novels a business, I just wish I had known that before I kept reading his crap hoping to find the guy that wrote "Along Came A Spider" and "Kiss The Girls".

I may be naive - and I'm cool with that, LOL - but I think when he first started out, he cared. I remember reading "Along Came A Spider" (I think that was his fourth or fifth book? But it was the first one that was a huge success) and being blown away by the twist in the middle.

It would need to be a REALLY loose adaptation, LOL. Although I have to say I'm almost finished watching "Thirteen Reasons Why" on Netflix, and while it would have worked a lot better if the episodes were shorter, it's definitely way better than the book it was based on. so it does happen.

Patterson developed the amazing literary concepts of three-page chapters and putting every other phrase into italics. For that alone he's worth a larger font.

You mean all black people don't talk by imitating Civil War era black stereotypes?

I completely agree!
