Social media is okay for keeping in touch with folks when you move around a lot, but other than that it can burn to digital ashes for all I care. It seems to have monetized echo chambers of stupidity and meaness.

I know it’s tradition, but I think it’s funny that my GTI, that is technically a Golf but doesn’t say Golf anywhere on it, has a golf ball and a Golf does not.

The minefield between Mauritania and Morocco / Western Sahara is quite tense the first time you drive through it. Stay on the soft sand - if you think you see a road surface, that’s more likely to have landmines.

In case anyone wants to actually see the cool tires mentioned in the headline without going on a fucking goose chase:

I still have a model of the GT Concept, with the Ford logo in the tires.  It’s just a $20 plastic model but still looks badass IMO.

Whats your RIO? We installed a 10.6kw system 2 years ago, no regrets. Even a SE/NW facing system and a giant maple blocking 1/2 my panels for an hour each day

Nipples work too.

Sigh, I remember browsing these cars 10 years ago when they were going for under $10k all day long. I agree this is a clean car with a good history and am not familiar enough with the market given that they have been well beyond my price range of interest for dream shopping for a long time now. The market is the

The Charger’s only faster until the first corner.

You know what they say in Texas...El Paso.

A Chevy Bolt has been around $25k after rebates for a LONG time now.

The Philly FOP is one of the very worst police unions in the country - they have a long and shameful track record of defending guilty officers to the end, no matter how terrible their crimes are - corruption, murder, police brutality, racism, excessive force, DUI, official misconduct, theft, shakedowns, you name it.
