The cooling would be a doddle, just fit motorcycle radiators ahead of the front wheels. That’s what I did for my 1.6 diesel powered 356, works a treat!

Any damn fool can fit a diesel into the cavernous maw that is a 911 engine room, just try to fit one into a 356!
