To clarify, I was 9 years old so I don’t remember the details. From what I remember, there were some clashes between Christians and Baptists in West Ukraine, local stuff, but grandma got hit with a rock to the head. Got refugee status visa, and applied for permanent residency (green card) 

Economic sanctions aren’t going to save Ukraine from losing more land, but at least its a nice gesture that America is against it
