I would LOVE an Alpha Flight series, except I’m 98% sure the rights are tied up at Fox as part of the X-franchise license. Same as all the good stuff created in F4 that Disney/MCU had to make deals with them to get back. (Celestials, QS&SW, Skrulls, etc)

I think that’s the other-way-round. If they put real money into these shows, they would get the ratings.

Funny thing is the Mouse doesn’t seem to be spending any money on Marvel TV.

A major complaint of Inhumans, which could be the show you want, has been how cheap it looks for the scale it wants. For whatever reason, ABC/Disney isn’t putting major money into its TV shows. And superhero TV shows haven’t been pulling the ratings to justify huge budgets.

Surely, the Collector will be the one, uh, collecting that, to give to his brother the Grandmaster.

I’m happy for Killjoys, but dammit, I loved Dark Matter! I know both shows are “Hot Canadian actors running around with guns in disguised warehouses” but there was no real reason to cancel one of them.

Let’s be fair though; the real reason to be a juror on this case is how it gives you a platform for honing your juror skills, building your brand as a juror, and attaining more high-profile jury stints as you develop your career.

That’s a lovely gesture (sorry, that sounds sarcastic, but I swear I mean it sincerely!), but in a situation with a set social circle that does a lot of things together, it can get super awkward.

I so feel you on this. It used to happen on the reg to me, too. One day I woke up at 4am to my SO having a goddamn after party in my living room knowing full well I had to go to work in 4 hours.
