Snart hasn’t actually appeared on Legends yet this season. He’s contracted to appear across the CW verse, so he might have popped up on Flash once, but I think he’s due to join the Legion of Doom during or after the crossover.

Just laying off the mythology and concentrating on great self-contained adventures would be a nice change. The Timelords were always more interesting as some looming, rarely-seen presence off in the ether.
With Star Trek returning ABC might greenlight some kind of Nova Corps show before they’d ever give us the retro SHIELD goodies we’ve been craving.
Agents of Shield, though I root for it, always had a distinct lack of whizzbang superheroes and aliens and killer robots, etc. They should have had a new one to deal with every week, and everyone in costumes: agents, metas, everyone. And flying cars, too. And a helicarrier. And The Contessa.... and- I’ll stop now…
