A few standalone adventures here and there to separate multi-episode arcs wouldn’t go amiss. Just have some agents doing the bread and butter SHIELD job of investigating weird stuff which might lead to encounters with people who can fly or time-travel or turn their coworkers into pastry, or whatever.

I don’t disagree but it’s taken a long while to get to here and it’s been the Inhuman show for at least a season and a half, now. I want Howling Commandos and Warwolf and Man-Thing and the Life Model Decoy of Dum-Dum Dugan, already.

I wouldn’t mind at all if events didn’t drag on so much on AoS. This season seems to have been going on forever. They need shorter, punchier story arcs and more high-octane, mystery-adventure-of-the-week episodes.

Agent Carter is my favourite. I wouldn’t have minded if it had been a bit more self-contained ‘Mystery-of-the-Week’ or explored some of those early Marvel/Timely characters like Namor and the Human Torch.

I agree -though they did establish a bit of chemistry in earlier episodes, it won’t come to anything because Snart’s contracted to be on the other shows next season and Canary will likely stay with L.o.T.
