Who? Doge Demaro?

I feel like you people never actually read the letter from the person:

The coolest thing is that the early Cayennes had iirc very impressive offroad ability, very strong build, etc.

Had a 2010 GTS. The routine maintenance of a Cayenne is insane. 21" wheels means you get a choice of two tire suppliers, and you’ll be buying them every 10-15K miles. $1800. Brakes, you can replace pads yourself, right? Easy on this vehicle too. Expect parts will be $800. You’ll need to swap them out every 10K. An

Worked on a Panemera; can confirm.

You can almost hear it laughing at you as you turn the engine on.

Yeah, get the brats to tee ball faster than everybody else.

Fourtunately many of the parts crosslist with T1/T2 Touaregs and are much cheaper out of the VW catalog if you need new, or can be had fairly cheaply through places like Club Touareg and MyTreg.

I owned an ‘05. It was a piece of shit. But pretty!

my neighbour found this out the hard way when he tried to swap out a headlight bulb. poor bastard

I bought a 2006 Cayenne S in 2010. Had it for five years and never had one single problem with it. I think the odometer was sitting near 160k when I finally traded it in.

I bought a 2011. Actually gets decent highway mpg (25 average on my last trip). Only problem I’ve had is it drops radio stations periodically. Probably needs a new battery.

Do some research on these. Pretty reliable it it does get pricey if something breaks.

Typo. The 3 should be a 2.

Ohhhhhh

Type 4s were all German.
