Probably the rider had too large helmet camera :) Maybe if he had had something smaller and more subtle as e.g. drift stealth, the policeman wouldn’t have noticed it.

For me one of the best is Drift Stealth 2. It’s smaller than Ghost and it has an aerodynamic shape that makes it not distract you during riding. I always have it on my helmet during riding my bike.
