Carol's probably one of the few characters who's better than her comic counterpart. Melissa McBride just steals every scene she's in. Hopefully she continues to be on the show for a long time.

There are a lot of good points here, though I don't really get the whole complaint about the shadow on Rick as he decides to hang Thomas. Wasn't he standing over Thomas's body at that moment, his head titled down?

No. It's deviated quite a lot from the books actually.
