Possible solution, Northam resigns. Fairfax elevated to Governor. Appoints new LT. Governor, once approved and seated, Fairfax resigns. New Lt. Governor assumes Governorship. Repeat as necessary until the Commonwealth no longer has giant embarrassments in the executive branch.
