I had to replace my 4.0 in my 99 TJ a few years back due to a “noise deep in the engine”. The noise turned out to be a loose bolt was hitting the harmonic balancer so we decided to check the whole engine out. Dropped the oil pan and there were chunks of piston in the oil. Turns out the #2 piston shredded everything…

As a Mazda 6 owner...I was blown away by the ranking that they gave it. REALLY, "the rest" rating on fuel economy and damn near every other category? My close friend is a GM fayboy (owns a 14 Malibu) and even laughed when I sent him the link.
