This could be a good idea....this car has come from eastern Poland (WSK denotes the region) not very long ago (note the Euro-license plate and the small sticker on the bottom right corner of the windscreen, which is a polish tax/registration/...tag).

Can you follow up with Polish authorities regarding the license plate?

Maybe there is paperwork there that gives any hint
