Usually GaaS games launch with the same amount of content as any $60 game though. It’s just that people expect to play these games 5 hours a day, every day, forever. No one’s complaining that The Last of Us 2 doesn’t have enough to do at endgame.

So they’re delaying new content to improve the game, but what the game really needs is new content.

The new customization options are rad and have gotten me considering making a horde character, particularly the Forsaken.

If the Dragons Dogma anime is any indication, it seems like these companies are just desperate to adapt anything and care little for the source material.

I saw this in theaters as a 7 or 8 year old and LOVED it. I haven’t seen it since. I don’t remember anything about it but the animation blowing my tiny mind. It felt so “grown up” compared to the tv show.

Might as well put Sam Fisher in there too. His goggles were already in Odyssey.

I think you’re overestimating the number of games that will be released over the next year.

This was the Need for Speed that made me lose interest in the series. It had so much annoying online stuff that kept intruding in the single player experience that I found so annoying at the time. Maybe it would be more palatable today.

I think I’m gonna take the plunge into Baldur’s Gate right away. The Divinity games haven’t quite clicked with me but the setting and 5e ruleset is something I’m more familiar with so I’m hoping it hooks me. Not to mention the game is gorgeous and the presentation with the dialogue camera should make the conversations…

What he’s describing isn’t the civil rights and equality movements of today, what he’s describing is the original concept/goal of “equality” got distorted or lost and each cultural/ethnic group basically became the equivalent of white supremacists.

Damn, those screenshots look like photos. It’s definitely a huge technical improvement, but he does look about 10 years younger. The original did have a “video game character” look to him. The new one just looks like a real person.

I heard Evan Narcisse is working on this game so, maybe?
