I’m in the same boat, though I’ve passed into an “Anger” stage now that I feel quite comfortable settling into for a bit.

Well, it got you Trump. Keep doing what you’re doing. It has great results.

The ~2% who pushed Trump over as well as the same thirty-party voters and the legions of those who didn’t vote...

Well, that obviously led to progress, right? “I’m not going to change so you should change how I want” just won’t work. If we could actually shame people away from making big, bad decisions this wouldn’t have happened.

Funny enough, I started working at age 15 and have never stopped. I’d go crazy without work. It gives me purpose and drive. The last time I didn’t work was when, as you noted, I was a freshman in college. That lasted all of about three months before I sought out work because I was... well, going kinda crazy.

You never answered my question. If you can drive better cars and not work, why not?

That’s where you’re wrong.

If you can get that, then why work?

Norway, Sweden, Germany, Britain, Switzerland, Canada...

Never Mind the Ballots... Here’s the Rest of Your Life!

Can we get this guy back?

So stop working if that’s how you feel.

Like the post-war period where higher earners were taxed upward of 90%? That totally killed the country and made us a minor player on the world stage...

That doesn’t surprise me, considering you have a bad understanding of economics in general.
