I don’t even know if I’d go “so bad it’s good.” I rewatched it recently and it’s surprisingly good, way better than it gets credit for. There’s a level of cheesiness to the screenwriting, but it’s put together incredibly well and his acting in it is again much better than he gets credit for. Pretty much the same…
