What I think is asinine is that the character designs were set in stone for quite awhile but Jason is choosing now to complain? It's as if he expected Vanillaware to scrap all the characters and create something he finds likeable.

Did you expect them to change the design of just her or all the characters within the game to fit your needs during the time they worked on it? I never agreed to that statement i'm just saying people are overacting to one person's experience/opinion and am trying to push their experiences on to him/her in which that if they hated the game then its objectively bad and everyone should abide by that logic and not think otherwise.

I could've sworn Kotaku talked about Type-0 before and not liking it all because of the story even though it had their precious world map, random encounters, and airships that they always wanted.

Wow, people are really overeating. While FFXIII as a whole was not my greatest experience in the franchise, I still enjoyed it. I guess people don't understand that different tastes exists in the world, much like this very SUBJECTIVE article riddled in a cesspool of Jason's nostalgic view/opinion that FF=dead.

I think its gotten a whole lot worse. It usually takes one bad apple from a game to cause an uproar from the peanut gallery. I guess i'm just use to people in past not liking a game and just moving on versus the conventional angst of gamers now.
