My grandfather was a dairy farmer, but my mom won’t touch milk. That said we were brought up with whole milk straight from the holding tank. The kind in a glass container that you had to skim the cream off from. I don’t normally drink a glass of milk, but the idea doesn’t seem like a foreign concept.

It all depends on how you’re proportioned. I’m 6'3" but I have a long torso and short stumpy legs so I have issues in cars that people taller than I am don’t.

The diesel and manual make it different (in the U.S.). They don’t necessarily make it cool. Those are two different things. In this case I’d agree that the van is cool but more for it’s look and packaging than its drivetrain.
