Something else I just noticed: Charlie's desk is oddly placed in front of two doors, blocking an exit. I'm really starting to believe that we're seeing her in a dream state. I'll likely keep thinking this until Sunday when I am inevitably proven wrong.

Just rewatched the scene. There are two books near Audrey's head as she's talking: "Books By T.S. Eliot" (at least it says that on the back of it) and another called "Happy Times". Make what you will out of that….

I read one interpretation that said he was talking about himself, that Ben Horne is actually Richard's father.

It's possible, but Lynch has had his hands on pretty much all the promotion. I would say that at the very least, he approves them.

I am super curious now. I'm also especially interested to see how it plays out knowing that Fenn apparently took issue with her part in the revival. Whether it was her lack of appearances or the way she was portrayed, I don't know. But she definitely inferred dissatisfaction in a number of tweets last year.

It's interesting. No idea if it'll come to be, but I like thinking that someone is telling her about Billy's truck while she's in a coma state, perhaps this is her brain's interpretation. We'll see what happens the next time we see her, If her next appearance is just as stilted and off, then perhaps it could be…

I saw the comparison to Invitation elsewhere online, but it does seem rather uncanny.

You lost me at Lucas. Those continuous tweaks became trolling at the end (e.g. adding Vader's "NOOOOOOO!" to the end of Jedi, adding Hayden Christensen to the end of the film). They are hardly "art". He took fan complaints and magnified them.

Well, the last we saw her, she was with Billy Zane. Kind of a lateral move.

I don't know, I thought it was very dry and funny. It's almost like Lynch was recreating Invitation To Love.

I would agree. Season 3 doesn't scratch the nostalgic itch so much as it rubs poison ivy on it.

Dr Amp was strange, with a lot of what he said being said now a second time, coupled with almost identical Nadine reactions. Someone on Reddit pointed out that the Chromatics are wearing the same outfits they work in Episode 2. Is it the same night? There may be some weird time jump going on. I mentioned the time

My least favorite episode thus far, though I still enjoyed it. The mention of Chet Desmond confirms that the first 30-40 minutes of FWWM were not Coop's dream (that had been a running theory). It still baffles the fuck out of me that we won't be seeing Chris Isaak in S3.

Did you become Dougie Jones?

I love me some Jackie, but Fire Walk With Me is a far better film.

It's actually my favorite of his works. As much as I love Mulholland Dr, Fire Walk With Me is the one I adore the most.

Yeah, that's the one I'm really waiting for. Still no proper HD release.

Except that it's not exactly "complete". But I am with you.

Excellent point! And I am not one of those naysayers. It's surpassed my expectations, which were very high.

I'm still not so sure. There are (many) things that don't quite add up. Kind of strange that the text she received had punctuation and BadCoop's sent text did not. There are more parties involved here (i.e. Jeffries, Philip Gerard).
