Western localization, PLEASE?

Sorry for repost, by the way...

I use to play on my DS and PSP (and iPhone, as well) games I cannot play on my home systems. For portable reasons (games like Monster Hunter at home will be different) and for own portable consoles reasons (touch screen, StreetPass, games that cannot be done on a home system).

Why play a game on a NGP you could already play at home..? In better form..? Just because you could play it on the bus..?
