Not really, there's a street filled with love hotels but the real red light district in Tokyo is Kabukicho in Shinjuku... you can find soapland, hostess bar run by yakuza, gay bar, strip bar etc. there.

@William Henry Harrison: The exact place is Harajuku, pretty near Shibuya but it's a different place with a different atmosphere, for a bunch of things...
