Im not so sure I agree with “who Acura is for” I mean for our family, we have a few of them and use them for errands and city commutes. Then have other, more expensive cars for other events....
This alone makes Tesla an irresponsible company. Tbis prson should be jailed/fined/both/etc. How does an autopilot engage without the weight in the driver seat!? Are they insane? It is the responsibility of a company to ensure the product they are producing is safe. This doesn’t look safe for other drivers who care to…
You know a lot of people are stuck on the autopilot feature. Or lack there of. Forget autopilot. What about forward collision avoidance system?? A system installed on many many vehicles which is simple. How did it not detect, regardless of an “auto”pilot. And yes, I agree, lack of driver attention as well. Although…
Speaking as a European, I can tell you I’ve bought new an Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW and Renault in Europe and both the Alfa and the Renault were plagued with continuous problems, BMW took 3rd place. From electrical to hardware, I remember when my brand new 0 km Renault was delivered. The driver door wouldn’t latch shut to…
Yes sure, if you want a car which will plague you in electrical issues, jump on board. These Hyundai / kia cars are garbage. I see them come in to the shop everyday, with the same electrical issues. The interior of these cars is a joke. No where near Japanese or German engineering. And as for that stinger....let’s see…
Some of the comments are really ridiculous. It’s a damn dress. Who cares! People wear what they want, when they want. So a girl wearing a baseball cap isn’t going to make other girls wear baseball caps. Just because 1 person wears red doesn’t influence other people to also wear red. They’ll wear red if they like red.…
I’ve flown this route 3/4 x per year with Virgin Atlantic the last 15 years or so. I can remember about 3 times where we were going so fast because of wind, usually while over Iceland. I have a few photos from the planes computer monitor. All I can say is it’s so cool to arrive an hour early because of wind 😂
Agreed! All these stupid ideas coming in, how ridiculous...as if looking into a mirror was too much trouble. As if drivers didn't have enough distraction from screens. What’s next, an electronic seat that can raise and lower my ass into the car....because my legs are also lazy...
Just hire a professional, steep grade parking attendant...
Well that’s nice but doesn’t it defeat the purpose of its “smart” capabilities by simply talking to it?
Yeah for real. Autopilot doesn’t mean you can sit back, relax and have a coffee. You still must be in control on what the vehicle is doing. I think automakers who offer any sort of autopilot software should make buyers sign a waiver that they fully understand how it works in the vehicle and that they need to pay…
Agreed! This vehicle has never been able to get away from the ugly stick. 4.4sec. 0-60mph may blur the lines and make it decent to look at....
No no no mister....let’s not go blaming others or machines for your mistake. It is ALWAYS your responsibility to check that your 6 figure car is clear of all moving obstacles in a garage. One would do it at home so one should do it in a community garage as well.
Well true but on your return trip you gain it back. It’s a trade...
I’ve been flying US to Europe flights for more than 10 years. As far as I’ve seen, flights always leave in the afternoon going to Europe. That is so you arrive in the morning the next day. If they were to leave here in the morning, you’d arrive at a very indecent hour at night.
A rear wing is to keep the car planted while driving forward at high speeds and to reduce the possibilities of fishtailing.
A good video describing it. Also a good point to mention when people are shopping for aftermarket wheels because If you choose the wrong wheel, you will increase your cars scrub radius, causing even more torque steer and less performance. There are great online calculators to help you see what your cars scrub radius…
I’m not sure where the “Lexus IS hasn’t jumped on the turbo bandwagon yet” came from. They’re right here...
True. But those trackers sold for wallets and phones can be placed anywhere. So for 100$ or so, one can track anything, which is a good option for those classics that don’t have it built in.
