This is great for learning how to better praise my kids, but it does nothing to help me to get them to do praiseworthy things in the first place.
I now know a good way to respond when my son has cleaned his room. But it does nothing for getting him to do it in the first place.
Yeah, as frustrating as it is for food lovers (Seriously, it just makes me happy to eat.) it really is 'easier' to eat less calories than it is to burn them. 45 Minute run keeping a good pace, or don't eat a cheeseburger for lunch.
Great. Now make an Android version.
The UI leaves much to be desired,
I used ZR to start running. I thought it was pretty effective. It's was at least a little entertaining. It's tough when you have chases turned on (randomly the app makes you sprint from an incoming zombie horde)

I use the alarm and timer thing all the time.
"Set an alarm for 1 hour" etc.
I have a co-worker who taps and hums all the time. He now makes it a joke that he's 'Probably bugging Tony again."
A slight variation on this is making a vacation check off list when you get back from vacation.

That's not cereal dust...it's milk flavoring.
I wish there was a nice place where all these were organized in a more readable fashion...
FYI: {Tab 3} is the same as {Tab}{Tab}{Tab} etc.
I switched to Any.Do just a week before this announcement. I think I may be psychic.
