Kid Buu isn’t uber powerful, he’s the second weakest Buu, only being stronger than the Good Buu. He’s the only evil Buu that SSJ 3 Goku can confidently beat except maybe the Evil Fat one but I’m not even so sure about him since he never took his fight with Goku seriously enough to fight him earnestly.
