Well, BC alliance is 4 people, NC and WC are 6. So there is still one elimination (Joe, Tyler hopes) before they have to start worrying about being a minority. And no point making his move while there are more NC than WCs.
Well, there are still 3 NCs left and 3 WCs, against 4 BCs. So if next week Joe goes out, they are still in the majority. If Joe wins immunity next week, then he would have to get rid of Jenn (or Shirin) first and make the move on 4x4. But remember that he has an idol (actually Carolyn), and he thinks Joe has another,…
Well, I guess it is a matter of perspective. And I admit some of these issues are not personal to me (e.g. I am a man), so it might offend me less than it does other people. But I rather have a Dan than any Colton or Hantz. And surely rather watch him than watch any of last season's boring characters, like Keith, Wes,…
I'm surprised at some hate on this season I see here. I am finding it great. I think Rodney is very funny, and Dan is a great villain. No Survivor season can work without a villain, and Dan is a great one. And this episode built very clearly a Dan vs. Shirin arch: I can already taste in mouth the moment she votes him…
I agree. There is absolutely no point in flipping before Joe is voted out. You want to be in a position where when you flip you can take your new alliance (at least potentially, in reality all sorts of things will happen) through the end. If you keep flipping back and forth in alliances, you'll just make enemies, and…
I could easily see Sierra getting a Sandra in HvV edit. The one that is "stuck" with the villains (literally), even though she wants more than anything to backstab them. Tonight, for example, I wouldn't be surprised if it was Tyler that didn't want to go on with the plan.
I feel Tyler must be waiting for Joe to be voted out before making his move. After they move on the BC, it will be difficult to turn back to vote a NC off.
I think that is unfair. JT and Stephen had a tacit agreement (I imagine) that they would get to F3, if JT won immunity he would win the game, otherwise Stephen would. That would give each ~50% chance to win this game (JT is better at challenges). Not a bad deal for either.
If Shirin respected so strongly abandoning a sinking ship, why didn't she flip herself?
I think Natalie is hugely overrated just because she was part of a horrible horrible cast. If she were in a regular/good season (like this one) I doubt she would either have won or been a big character story-wise. I mean, I like her, and she definitely redeemed last season from being the worst ever (although I still…
If they split the votes and Will didn't vote with them (remember, they were so unsure of Will's vote that they told him to vote for the wrong person!) then it would be 5x4x2 (or 5x3x3).
It is ironic (although not strategically unsound) that if Will HAD deceived them, then presumably he would tell NC the vote was for Hali, Jenn would have given her her idol and gone home. So actually Jenn has to thank Will's betrayal for staying in the game!
I think the opposite, it seems to me that since the Max vote Shirin has become way closer to the NC than the WC. While Carolyn (and presumably Tyler) just shrugged her off, the NC tried to help her fit better and accomodated her.
I am not sure, I don't know if that was a bad move. The only person I think is arguably a better vote than Kelly is Mike, but Kelly is a person they clearly don't trust, while Mike they might be able to play with in the future. Besides, Rodney and Sierra clearly have bad blood with Mike, while Kelly seems to be liked…
I don't know, I've never seen the book being called misogynistic before, I'm sure there are as many pieces of "wisdom" in it about men as about women like those above. It is generalizing and perhaps silly, of course, but I doubt it is sexist.

Savage had his moments, the time he single-handedly won the weight-lifting challenge was one of those heroic survivor moments that almost seem scripted, but I always thought it was funny and ironic that the lamest survivor player ever was his downfall.
Are you talking edit of FTC? FTC is only as difficult as your competition, so I don't see any problem there (except for Rodney, he would never win this). For edit, I feel Jenn would be one of the best winners in Survivor history, and she sure as hell is getting the edit for that.
Come on, it seems that just talking about women makes a guy misogynistic. I mean, I won't argue that Rodney is not, but Dan and Mike? Dan's talk was taken word by word from that "men are from mars, women from venus" book, and I know a lot of women who love that book, and Mike's comment was completely reasonable! Women…
