The 718 S model is actually faster than the base Carrera (both in PDK trim of course). So there goes that argument.

Yeah bullshit. Not every shop or inspector is there to rip you off.

I disagree. I see a ton of shitboxes get fixed thanks to yearly state inspections. Of course this does nothing for the inspectors who can be bought and negates the whole purpose.

The entire point of the system is that you have two isolated brake circuits. If you keep pumping the brakes you will of course lose the fluid. Because as the fluid from one circuit returns, it’s going back to the open circuit and leaking back out.

There wasn’t any braking force left in two of the wheels. Your mechanical parking brake (not emergency) was luckily still in adjustment and hadn’t failed because of the nature that parking brakes are meant to hold the car, not stop it.

How can you claim to have been an engineer and never have understood dual diagonal brake system? Are you fucking with us?

It is. In 7 states.

It’s also only been sold in just 7 states so far. It hasn’t been released country wide yet

Because your username isn’t biased at all.

So is a Camry. Doesn’t mean it’s inspiring or exciting to drive. It’s a great car. Don’t get me wrong. But outside of just being fast in a straight line, driving it is pretty boring. I’d compare it more to a Camry hybrid than a C63.

I’ll be damned. I’ll give you that one.

I’ve been lucky enough to drive several. What’s your excuse?

Nope. Even as a Z33 owner, the rear of the Z33 is just not really well designed. Especially without any kind of spoiler. It looks awkward and melty. It’s probably the weakest point in the Z33 design (besides the interior)

That’s awful. The front and its lack of grille (while I definitely understand the aero advantage) is just ugly. The rest is okay, albeit kind of boring.

But it doesn’t mean they are Audi parts. Just like because it’s Volkswagen parts doesn’t mean it’s an Audi part.

It’s always been FM. The platform was in development in the very late 90's so that’s why this concept has the z33 greenhouse.

I don’t like the grille or headlights, but overall it’s not a bad looking compact. And it’s also leaps and bounds better in quality than the first gen. Shame it doesn’t get as much recognition because there’s a lot of “hurr durr chevy sux 1985 interiors”. Strangely everyone defends the first gen Volt interior which

It’s basically “GTR” hung on a 350z. The greenhouse is from the Z33

Strangely enough, Volt. The concept was awkward and goofy. And while the first gen volt was a rattle box and not particularly exotic looking, it’s not a terribly designed little compact.

Well. The new engines are going to be Audi based.
