I wouldnt bank on a tune just because of exhaust and boost gauge. My 02 AWD had both with no tune for a ecent amount of time.

Those are the prices for the regular struts.

Volvo sold several thousand of these cars. Many more with the 4c suspension (as it became an option on other P2 chassis cars)
