I'd rather use something else like a computer keyboard or ipod to type for a Kindle, instead of a physical keyboard or touch screen.
If you have sensors of the right size, a functioning tripod, and a lossless image format, do you ever need more than you intend to use (say 300dpi printing on a 10x6" frame) unless you want to crop (cheaper than a lens?)

There are some alternatives, the only one I have (I'd look if I ever used it to play music) is My Artists.
@trancefiend1991: EQs and album artwork are done better on itunes, and aiff is pretty much the same as flac (I'd switch over to it from mp3 if I wanted lossless).
