I hope there's something more user friendly than Yahoo Pipes to make sure than Hackers News, this and Instapaper don't all send the same article to my Kindle.

It's Safari only, though with a market like this we'll be stuck with addons not built-in bits to other browsers. Apple should promote this as part of Cocoa or similar, so that app makers want to add it, not extension makers.

@Bill Clark: I had started to dislike it all of this year. The Mac and iOS apps aren't of the same quality as the Windows app, the Mac one used to be.

@FunkyJAU: They are the rights holders, why would they concede? iTunes is a sufficient stop-gap, its digital and well known so that enough people will use it and not require some big shakeup over the consumers rights. Plus lobbying.

I'm still on Tweetie, there's hardly anything wrong with it. It loses its place easily, I only follow about 30 people and it can only keep position within one api call, which is two days for me.
