It's far too harsh, it lights the parts most oblique to the screen, ie the middle bit. Turn on a proper light, the distance or a lampshade will make it softer and better (for your eyes and your recipient).

This used to be twitter app functionality, the retards took it out and whatthetrend.com don't have an app. There's Trendster, I just bought that and will try it.

Safari uses OSX's Keychain Access, and Opera's internal system is equally secure, 2048bit. Chrome apparently uploads the saved passwords, I haven't given it many. I like that Opera only uploads bookmarks, it's safe that way.
