I use Uber for work and I have unusual looking cases for my work equipment. I get asked all the fucking time, “whats in those cases”. None of your fucking business. Thats whats in my case.
Ay, there’s the rub: not every city is as easily navigable by public transport as London. Having lived carless in Los Angeles for several years, I can assure you that rideshares are by far the most accessible transportation method for both tourists and locals there.
Because a lot of people live in cities, don’t own a car and and cabs/rideshare are just another transportation option. I’m not trying to have a conversation with the bus driver. Uber isn’t much different.

Yeah as a young teen I refused to listen to my mother (1. typical, 2. she’s kind of terrible anyway) and overplucked my eyebrows. After a while they do not grow back and now I’m stuck filling in my chola-style eyebrows every single day when full brows are fully back in fashion.
