Can't say I didn't expect this to happen when the merger first occurred. Although I just realized that I've never owned an Nvidia graphics card, they're all ATI and one Intel.

The dude with the camera was being a dick but wasn't breaking the law, end of discussion people.

@Matt0505: Go to the Rhineland, find a brewmeister who is willing to take you around and show you the real beer, then you might enjoy it. It took me a trip to the Czech Republic to find the beer I liked, I'd still drink the stuff sans alcohol. Although some people just don't like beer period, and there's nothing

We just had a Aerospace Engineer stab a researcher here at Georgia Tech the other semester, I'm not surprised by the police's reaction at all.

@greeze: A picture of a game I played in Peru, I had a picture of my back pack right by it...It's a drinking game.

@Toastie: It seems I can't edit the photo after accidentally picking the wrong one from my file system, so here's a picture of it.....

I keep 2 pencils, 1 pen, 2 flash drives (one for research, other is just for school stuff), keys, note cards, TI-84, water flask, headphones & media player, laptop, binder (stocked with note and engineer's graphing paper). I also throw in the umbrella on rainy days.

I'm more of a rain jacket guy as I bike commute, but that is one crazy umbrella.

While the guy is interesting to watch I disagreed so much with his opinions in the first video that I just stopped watching him.

One of my professors records all his lectures so that you can stream them at home, it's useful as an aid to his class when you forgot what you said but as a substitution it's not very good. While some people may be able to replace some type of education through the internet, not everything can be done through the web.

Some people are justifying the bombing here, that's fine but be wary to walk on the side of fanaticism in the use of nukes. The use of nukes by the USA was a last ditch effort to end the war, they were exhausted and it was the only way they believed they could achieve a reasonable victory (I agree with their belief).

@T-reG: By that definition almost every war is a massive exercise in terrorism.

@DaveyNC: My father was a Wing Commander working in the Air Force, if you asked him if he would rather drop a nuke or continue with the current strategy in Afghanistan, he would view you with disgust as you even mentioned using a nuke. The amount of civilian casualties it would create are unacceptable, not to mention

@Dr. What?: Yep, although the new mess created here is certainly interesting. We'll just have to wait this story out before we can say for sure what is exactly happening.

The lack of facts disturbs me.......

@dsh: If it's a double walled rim that could be done.....but you may compromise the structure of the second rim (with proper design this is a non-issue) and what happens when one of the led's dies? The spokes remain the most practical place to put a light on a bike wheel. Although in my honest opinion, lights on a

@2 replies: Those may be cheaper so they could use that....No one will know until they actually produce these things.

@dsh: It may not last the longest, but it looks far neater (warning opinions vary). Tires usually last a decent amount of time anyways, as long as the tires are under a $100 a pair I could see a market for it.

@MrCheatachu: They generate their power from you pedaling more or less. Power can be generated simply from the spinning wheels. Here's an example....

@SkipErnst: Made from molds of the eyes, so not too misleading.
