May have to check this one out...Jason Bateman is almost always worth it.

Wow, I have finally seen ONE movie on your list! The Quiet Place, which we did like (great premise and actually goes somewhere). The others I have at least heard of this time around...
NO, you are NOT! We really disliked it in this household (despite good acting and interesting initial setup).
Ugh, we only saw 2 on your list and disliked them both (First Reformed and Annihilation).
First Reformed was just bizarre. The acting was fine, and the initial setup was okay, but our household found the film to be bleak and without purpose.
Yes, the most fun way to watch is to mock! Plus, what do we have left to hate-watch since they took away UNDER THE DOME?
No only are they never cold, but their jackets are always unzipped!
Well, you and/or the potential mate have to have traveled BACK to your hometown--and one or both of you must be divorced or widowed. ;)
The problem is not so much the prerequisite snow--which is to be expected--but that the snow NEVER GETS DIRTY! I live in Rochester NY, and trust me, the snow is pretty for about 5 minutes before the mess kicks in.
I’ve seen it several times but never had that take on it...I thought Heston came out of it looking pretty bad.
I saw that; this psychologist is not involved in that research. ;)
The phrase “mmm...sacrilegious” is used often in our house (as are many of the other mmm phrases).
PS—Partner and I did a Top 25 Simpsons list way back when (maybe after about 5-6 seasons?), and “Marge vs. the Monorail” was our #1 pick.
Thanks for mentioning this; I always thought that Conan was a Simpsons writer, so I was searching for his name!
(raises hand) I’m still watching SNL.
Does age out make sense when most people here are still watching the classic episodes?
That is a shame b/c early Simpsons made great use of cutaways (“Oh no, it’s the Curies! We must flee!”). Plus, I always thought that they were OVER-used on Family Guy.
My partner, a die-hard Simpsons fan, stopped watching the new Sunday night episodes a few years back. But the replays on Fx are still an almost-daily occurrence in our house.
How did he “blow” the interview?
I’ve discussed work-related things over personal email; I’m sure most of the people here have too. I would instead argue that as Secretary of State, Clinton was NOT in fact a “normal” person.
