Guys, HTML and CSS are NOT programming languages. They are markup. They only describe how content is presented. HTML can't really *do* anything. Saying "you can learn Java or JavaScript or HTML" like all three are interchangeable will just confuse beginners.

As someone who works support and occasionally has to call support, I can see this both ways. It totally sucks calling a support line knowing you know more than the jerk on the other end. It also totally sucks that most IT support jobs, especially 1st level ones, pay less than dirt. Anyone with the knowledge you crave…
