This makes Reign seem practically high brow…

I'm… curious at least…

This is been an amazing week of television - new True Detective, Archer, Justified, The Americans, Portlandia, and Hannibal, as well as other network darlings back post-Olympics.

Hard to say…

Suburgatory is good, but there's some brains behind that show, so even when it stumbles there's still some level of competence.

Oh, this was right out of The Twilight Zone…. what an excellent dark twist.

I'm not going to be done being sad about this for awhile.

I can't help but experience a huge disconnect when it comes to sexuality on ABC and its cable channel siblings. They're either sterilized wholesomeness or as tawdry as they can be (without actually directly dealing with sex).

@Wad VanDerTurf - talk about fear of the B'agina…

Did anyone else catch the dig describing Baby-girl and her fiancée's dullness: "They watched all the CBS sitcoms."

It's clear ABC has a mandate to make their hour long shows as reductive as possible (I feel like I'm setting feminism back a decade each time I turn to the channel), but I didn't know that was now extending to their half-hour programming.

Haven't checked my twitter feed yet this morning for fear that some other sizeable talent has died…

Hey - manic depression is back in vogue!

2014, we aren't even through February yet, and already you've claimed a number of talented favourites.

Of course they did… really nothing NBC could do at this point would surprise me…

Set the release date, then put a guy to work on the script. That bodes well…

I just finished the last five episodes about two hours ago. I don't think I can spoil it for anyone because I'm not sure I have any memory of what happened beyond "really shady stuff."

I'm mildly surprised anyone beat me to making that comment.

I don't usually get wrapped up in these things, but this had me laughing all night long.

For one who seems to hold himself up as an Esteemed Man of Letters, he sounds an awful lot like a surly teenager…
