I let out an audible groan at last week's announcement that this would be "the last episode before the season finale!" I know the winter/holiday break stretched things out, but wow Coven feels like it should have ended several episodes ago.

Can't help but observe her CV contains a long list of prostitutes and other loose women (going all the way back to License to Drive)

And thus, we now live in a world with Academy Award Nominee The Lone Ranger

What, no mention of the People's Choice Awards?! C'mon y'all - when I saw those nominations I was so torn - I didn't know whether to roll my eyes or vomit…

He skipped Astronaut. He's been a Cop, a Fireman…
I thought Rock Star was further down on the Childhood Dream Careers list, somewhere after Dinosaur Hunter…

At last more than an hour of new television to quell my withdrawal…

Wait, is The Hour not here because it finished airing in 2012?

Talk about the best of times/worst of times… We lost several gems, but boy there was an awful lot of shit that was finally shovelled into the manure pile. What's even more disturbing is that I'm sure whatever comes down the drain to replace it will be even worse…

I'm trying to whittle down my list, but then blood started coming out my nose…

Of Kroll, Jeselnik, and Schumer's projects, it seemed like at least one of them should have been a flop, but all three were quite good. I really thought the network had finally made a turn…

Not sure, but it'd be swell if they could raise their paws so we could send these creature off to be sterilized before another generation of their ilk hits the ground…

That was my first thought - "Oh, but Brickleberry is completely deserving of another season."

I wondered what was happening with these… colour me updated.

The schizo promotion on this show was hilarious: S01 promos were all about the tragic fate of a woman forced into the sex trade to support her family, but then S02 promos were all about the kicky naughty fun of leading such a risqué double life!

I still have an ache in my heart that Futurama was cancelled [again], but I remind myself that we were given many more episodes beyond what we initially expected and the show had a good run and at least went out on something like their own terms…

ABC higher-ups are bloggers - I don't believe it!

Upon seeing the article link, my first thought was "How many Douglas Coupland…"

Panels of many of my favourite comedians mocking internet stupidity - I don't care how simple and easy the premise is, I'm sold. And the Kinane/Cole/Lennon panel from Thursday night absolutely delivered. I don't know how long this is going to last, but it's fun so far.

I have a very distinct memory of watching this episode - I was 12 and someone in my circle of so-called-friends at the time was having a sleep-over birthday party. I wasn't about to miss such an important episode so I insisted on watching it. Everyone else was very confused, and one girl who came from a born-again

It pains me that panel shows never catch on with US television. And it seems like they would be good for the networks as I can't imagine the production costs would be that high.
