Hurrah - I really want this show to find it's stride and I think indications are good after this episode.
Note to Mutchnick & Kohan - next time you try and do a Will & Grace repeat and make it to a full run plus a renewal, make sure it has song & dance numbers and an American Idol runner-up…
I'm no fan of McPhee, but really I lay a lot of the blame for her character with the creative team. They're so insistent that Karen gets everything because they tell us how wonderful she is rather than writing anything into the character that might endear her to the audience. It's just Karen's the lead, she's played…
Except that making her grovel to Karen was awful… They just refuse to do right by this character.
I'm more sad that she received an Oscar (and BAFTA) for Iron Lady - she was fine, but that film was a mess.
Yes, Steve - and I remember where I was when the local news announced you'd been arrested in the suburbs…
@avclub-e8579cb1f6e92f980e7161c98ccf165b:disqus - counting what's left of your old Kodak money and thumbing your nose that the other Upstate cities isn't enough for you?
The one upside of watching Monday Mornings (apart from the always excellent Molina), was getting to see a promo for Southland - 8 more days, whoo-hoo!

Thank god for Buzzfeed - getting the hard truth about Smash out to the public!
Wow… this may be a return to form for Kelley, I just wish that form wasn't stuck in the 80's/90's. (Which, yes, Todd warned of ahead of time, but wow, "throwback" doesn't even begin to describe this.) And I'm already a little head-shy about anything he puts out since I fell for a number of his shows only to watch them…
He was a patient on House and had a recurring role on TNT's Perception. And then there's L&O:UK reruns on BBCA if you want to include those.
This didn't work for me - too forced, like "got down on one knee pad."
I like a sour cream, but when I'm back in Ontario it's all about the pastries, especially an almond croissant if I can find one.
Except bagels - Wegman's bagels are shamefully awful. Upstate NY is still New York. We have Jews here…
Well, here's hoping Sundance or someone picks it up for North America. Gone are the days of Doc Day Mondays now that Sundance has aspirations to be the thinking* person's Style network.
Even setting aside the Super Bowl as a symbol for all the excess and gaudy crass-commercialism of contemporary American culture (which it totally is), the short-cut is just atrocious and ridiculous:
If all these shows are ending, how will I know which vaguely ethnic teen starlet is which?
No mention of that "Without the troops there would be no NFL" promo?
