I was in the exact same boat as you - I didn't like My So-Called Life and I especially didn't like Danes. I only warmed to her a bit after Temple Grandin, but I still went into Homeland dreading that I was going to have to put up with watching her every week (especially when I love so much of the rest of the cast).

As has been the tradition with these contemporary movie adaptations, I presume live-action/CGI family film = prat falls, mugging and LOTS of fart jokes.

The Emmys need to not reference the Tonys - it just makes it more apparent how much better a show the Tonys are in comparison.

More importantly 2 Broke Girls was shut out of the major awards nominations and I don't think Whitney even made it into the Comedy montage…
