Is this patch just for the Switch, or does it also affect the Wii U version?

I completely agree. However, I also agree that the weapons break way too easily. It never used to bother me, but I feel like anymore all I have are heavy bokoblin clubs that are too heavy to use easily because my swords break after two slashes.

What’s amazing about this game is how much I’ve been laughing at the incredibly stupid ways in which I’ve been killing myself. I also stupidly dropped a metal plate on my head, and I’ve blown myself up countless times because I keep forgetting that the bombs roll.

Does the Switch version also chug along in villages? That’s the only annoyance I’ve been having with the Wii U. I find myself wishing Nintendo would give us performance options to turn off some of the pretty effects in favor of higher frame rates. It’s making me not appreciate towns as much as I feel I should be.

Do you need the gemstones for anything? Or is it safe to sell them. I need money for armor but im too scared to part with my precious ore.

The difference here is that the MK8 DLC was fun extras, like extra maps to race on and characters, that didn’t hide story-related or challenging content behind a paywall.

I almost wish we in the states had the option to play the toned down versions in English. Not that I want these games censored in any way, just I’m far too squeamish for gore.
