My mind instantly went to the Straw Dogs scene. People speak a lot about the ambiguity of the scene but if someone says no and fights against sex, it's rape. Pretty cut and dry.

I think it's possible that the scene was rape in the book. We are seeing the scene from his perspective — the idea of raping Cersei would probably be so inconceivable to him that he genuinely thought she wanted it (how often is that a line you hear from rapists against their victims?). I'm not sure if I believe

I laughed out loud when she threw the baseball — it was unmistakeably aggressive but because Will would have caught it and been hilarious and sexy about it. What I'm saying is, bring back Will.
